When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents other patients from accessing needed care.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation Notice<\/strong><\/p><p>We kindly request at least <strong>24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.<\/p><p><strong>Late Cancellations &amp; No-Shows<\/strong><br \/>\u2981 Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice will be considered a<strong> late cancellation.<\/strong><br \/>\u2981 Missed appointments without notice will be considered a <strong>no-show.<\/strong><br \/>\u2981 Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a<strong> fee of $75\u2013$150<\/strong> which is not covered by insurance.<\/p><p><strong>Arrival Policy<\/strong><br \/>Arriving <strong>late<\/strong> may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled,<\/p><p><strong>Repeated Missed Appointments<\/strong><br \/>Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in:<br \/>\u2981 Requirement for pre-payment for future visits<br \/>\u2981 Limited scheduling availability<br \/>\u2981 Discharge from the practice in accordance with clinical policy<\/p><p><strong>Emergency Exceptions<\/strong><\/p><p>We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur.
